Director of the Royal Castle in Warsaw - Museum. Medievalist historian, professor at the University of Warsaw. In the years 1993–2001 the secretary general of the Polish UNESCO Committee. From 2000, he was a professor at the University of Warsaw. Advisor to the President of the Capital City Lech Kaczyński and head of the team for estimating the losses of Warsaw and its inhabitants during the German occupation of 1939–1945. In the years 2008-2012 he lectured at the University of Paris (Sorbonne) as a guest professor. In 2013, he received a professorship from the President of the Republic of Poland. He is the chairman of the Standing Committee of Polish Medievalists for many years and, since 1994, the editor-in-chief of the international scientific yearbook "Quaestiones Medii Aevi Novae". In 2015-2017 he was the Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of National Defense. Decorated with the Golden Cross of Merit, Officer's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta and the Latvian Officer's Cross of the Cross of Recognition.

Landscape architect and agronomist graduated by Instituto Superior de Agronomia (1982). Master of Landscape Architecture, University of Massachusetts (1984). PhD in Applied Science, University of Aveiro (1992). She has taught in higher education for 30 years and currently works as a landscape architect. Member of the National Council for Environment and Sustainable Development of Portugal since 2013. Member of the Scientific Committee of the Benetton Foundation, Italy, since 2015. Member of the Working Group for the elaboration of the Portuguese World Heritage List (UNESCO National Commission) in 2015 and 2016 and expert from Portugal at the UNESCO Standing Committee on World Heritage, 2014-2017. President of the Board of the Portuguese Association of Historic Gardens since 2017.

Head of the Department of Conservation of Architecture and Restoration of the Cultural Landscape of the Faculty of Architecture of the Wrocław University of Technology. Author of many publications devoted to history of gardens (including two-volume study Gardens in Silesia prepared with Prof. W. Brzezowski) and their conservation and revalorisation, also in the context of authenticity.

President of the Management Board of Pałac Łomnica Sp. z o.o. and Dominium Łomnica Cultural Landscape Development Foundation. Since 1991, she has been involved in saving the then ruined family Palace of Lomnica in the Jeleniogórska Valley in Lower Silesia. Together with her husband and numerous enthusiasts of monuments and conservators of monuments from Poland and the whole of Europe, they managed to create a cultural center in Lomnica, which through their activities and example set off initiated and inspired many similar initiatives and investments in the area today called the Valley of Palaces and Gardens. Today, the palace and park complex houses a hotel, restaurants, shops and a palace museum with a multimedia permanent exhibition. Łomnica as an enterprise and the seat of the Dominium Łomnica Foundation is an example of integrating economic activity with cultural and charitable activities. The Foundation performs a number of tasks for the sustainable development and protection of cultural landscape values, including by organizing cyclical fairs to identify the local community with cultural heritage. The Łomnica Palace as a tourist attraction is known today in the country and abroad.

Coordinator of Boboli Gardens – Uffizi Galleries, Firenze, Head of Garden Department and curator of the bothanical heritage of Uffizi Galleries. Graduated in Forestry and Environmental Sciences - University of Florence and PhD in Environmentalprojectation – Faculty of Architecture University of Florence. As Head of the Garden Department since 2017 she works in the management of Boboli Gardens, in terms of restoration projects, accessibility, promotion, scientific research, development of cultural activities and partnerships. Previously she has been an Officer of National Forestry Corps, worked as a manager in the wine sector and collaborated in projects ofrestoration of ancient rural landscape.

PhD, art historian, curator, member of the Art Historians Association. Since 1996 employee, and from April 2019 Head of the Rogalin Palace Museum of the Department of the National Museum in Poznań. Co-author completed in 2015. comprehensive revalorisation and modernization of the palace and park complex in Rogalin, recognized in 2018. for the Monument of History. Author of over 30 publications and studies, which are the fruit of research on Wielkopolska architecture, patronage of the Raczyński family and the history of their family seat, including the garden and park.

Art Historian and Landscape Architect. Honorary Member and Former  President  of the International  Scientific Committee of Cultural Landscapes ICOMOS-IFLA. Former Director of the Master Course on Cultural and Natural Heritage: innovation, research  and development, Andalucía International University. Member of l’Institut Européen de Jardins et Paysages. Her field of expertise is linked to theory and practice of cultural landscapes and to the research, restoration, conservation and management of historic gardens. She has also developed work related to World Heritage nominations (evaluation process, expert meetings, consultancy, etc.). During the past 15 years she has also organised seminars, exhibitions and has lectured internationally on cultural landscapes. She is principal of ATP,  landscape architecture office and has carried out projects for Master Plans and restoration of historic gardens. Her publications include historic gardens, restoration, management, cultural landscapes, etc.

Niels Mellergaard is landscape architect and since 2000 working with the Royal Gardens in Denmark, from 2004 as head of department in the Danish Ministry of Culture. The main focus in the work with the Royal Gardens has been to restore and develop the gardens according to the overall aim to show 400 year of Royal Garden history in Denmark. Along with the development there has been constant focus on optimizing the maintenance and developing new concepts for collaboration with contractors, and partnerships with the users and other institutions.

Head of Service of Gardens, Forests and Orchads of the Alhambra and Generalife Commission. Forestry Engineer from the Higher Technical School of Agricultural and Forestry Engineers of the University of Córdoba (2001). At the Alhambra and Generalife Board highlights her work carried out in cultural landscape and ecosystem services assessment and its interaction with society including actions as landscape restoration, biodiversity management and the recovery of ancient farming. Previously, she has been Head of the Service of Protected Natural Areas for the Regional Government (Junta de Andalucía) for 8 years, coordinating the protected natural areas at the Granada province, implementing the management of the Natura 2000 Network and responsible for public use in the natural spaces managed by the Andalusian regional administration. From 2001 to 2007, she has developed other works for environmental administration (post-restoration of burnt areas, restoration of riverbanks, silvicultural treatments, firefighting, etc.).

Landscape architect at the Technical University of Dresden. Ms Schneider has been working in the predecessor institutions of the Klassik Stiftung Weimar since 1984 and has been a consultant for garden monument conservation there since 1987. Since then she has been involved with the gardens of the Weimar classics, including the two gardens of the poet Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. In 1998 Goethe's gardens, as well as most of the other gardens and parks in Weimar under her care, were included in the UNESCO World Heritage List as the "Classical Weimar" ensemble. Angelika Schneider is a member of the working group "Historical Gardens" of the German Society for Garden and Regional Culture.

MA, Historic Royal Palaces, UK, Garden and Plant Production Manager for Historic Royal Palaces, the charity that manages six former UK royal palaces, including Hampton Court Palace, the Tower of London and Hillsborough Castle and Gardens. His role involves overseeing the nursery and kitchen garden operations at Hampton Court Palace, sourcing plants, promoting the garden department’s work through talks, articles and blogs and giving horticultural advice to the gardens teams on issues such as pest and disease control. Prior to this, Ian has worked in several high-profile UK heritage gardens, including working in plant trials at RHS Garden Wisley and as a team leader at the Sir Harold Hillier Gardens, Hampshire. He has MA degrees in Art History and Magazine Journalism and the RHS Master of Horticulture award, all of which prove useful in his current role.

Christine Waage Rasmussen is landscape architect and Ph.D. on garden restoring theory. She works as a special consultant in The Agency for Culture and Palaces under the Danish Culture Ministry. Here she has been working with the royal gardens in Denmark since 2005. She is responsible for the castle gardens at Fredensborg and Frederiksborg which are both baroque gardens layed out around 1720. She is in charge of restoring projects, writes perspective plans for the royal gardens and articles and books about the history of the royal gardens and the work carried out to preserve them.

Art Historian, lecturer, specialist in the history of garden art and restoration of historic gardens and cultural landscape, member of the Council for the Protection of Monuments at the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, Secretary General of PKN ICOMOS, member of the International Committee ICOMOS-IFLA ISCCL, former vice president of the Committee for Europe, expert inscription on the UNESCO World Heritage List on behalf of ICOMOS, Chief Specialist for Historical Gardens at the Royal Łazienki Museum. She publishes on the history, protection and restoration of historic gardens, participates in specialized national and international conferences.

Art Historian, from 1990 the Director of the Museum - Castle in Łańcut. A graduate of the Catholic University of Lublin, since 1980 a technical employee at the Zamek Museum in Łańcut, dealing with documentation and scientific preparation of collections and their popularization. Author and initiator of a number of publications in the field of history and artistic activity related to the castle and park complex in Łańcut as well as conservation projects and guidelines for its revaluation. Co-creator of the international scientific-research program and the cycle of annual scientific conferences organized in Łańcut and in Zofiówka in Humań "Historic parks and gardens as part of the cultural heritage and dendrological research centers". Co-author of renovation and conservation programs implemented since 2005 based on European funds. Member of SHS, ICOMOS, ICOM, Council for Museums and National Remembrance Sites at the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage and Councils of Museums, including in: the Royal Castle in Warsaw, Wilanów, Łańcut, Kozłówka and Pszczyna.

"Born in a bed of roses", I followed and helped my mother in almost all of the rose exhibitions organised by the Belgian Royal National Rose Society, my first contact with the WFRS was at the Benelux World Convention in 1997.

Since 2000 he has been the sales manager of an important German multinational that manufactures industrial, automotive and construction products. Xavier is a member of various entities and associations in Lloret de Mar, in which he holds positions of responsibility. He is currently the Councillor for Cultural Heritage of Lloret de Mar Town Council and represents Santa Clotilde Gardens of Lloret de Mar in the European Network of Historic Gardens.

Her research interests include the history of garden art, conservation design of historic garden facilities, and the history, composition and plant resources of Polish botanical gardens as specific landscape architecture objects. She worked as an intern, then an assistant professor in the Department of Landscape Design and Care, Department of Architecture and assistant in the Department of Landscape Design and Care SGGW. She graduated with honors from the Postgraduate Studies in the Protection and Conservation of Historic Garden Designs. Until 2014, she ran a private design practice in the field of protection and conservation of garden monuments and cultural landscape. She cooperated with the Postgraduate Studies in the Conservation of Architectural and Urban Planning Monuments of the Silesian University of Technology and the Postgraduate Studies in the Protection of Cultural Heritage of the Warsaw University of Technology. In the years 1997–2009 Head of the Postgraduate Studies in the Protection and Conservation of Historic Garden Establishments SGGW, 2000–2005 head of the Design Studio at the Department of Landscape Architecture. She collaborated with Arkady and PWN publishing houses on publications on the history of gardens (including the Garden History consultant P. Landscape architect, Green Area Surveillance Inspector, specialist in the protection and conservation of historic gardens, monuments sciences and conservation of historical architecture and public procurement law. She graduated from the Agricultural University of Wrocław, the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) and the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Member of the Polish National Committee of ICOMOS, the Scientific Committee of the European Network of Historic Gardens (Girona), the Landscape Architecture Association, the Polish Dendrological Society and the Association of Horticultural Engineers and Technicians. From 2016, she was the head of the Gardens of the Royal Castle in Warsaw and the Deputy Head of the Team for 'Reconstruction the Lower Gardens of the Royal Castle in Warsaw'. She works with the European Heritage Garden Network and the European Buxus and Topiary Society. Since 2009, the owner of a landscape architecture studio. She participates in specialist Polish and foreign industry conferences. Historian (MA), a graduate of the Faculty of History, Warsaw University and Foreign Policy Studies at the Diplomatic Academy of the Polish Institute of International Affairs. Currently, a PhD student at the Faculty of Political Science of Alexander Gieysztor Academy of Humanities in Pułtusk. Member of the 1944 Warsaw Uprising Remembrance Association in 2005-2012, member of the Polish Heraldry Society since 2010. Author of popular and scientific publications, particularly interested in political history of the 20th century, political symbolism, ceremonials and diplomatic protocol. Since 2005, he has worked for the Royal Castle in Warsaw. In his professional activities, he combines the practice of organizing contemporary official ceremonies with studying the state traditions of the Castle of the interwar period. He also devotes his talks and lectures to this topic. He cooperates with the European Network of Historic Gardens.

He has been working at the Royal Castle in Warsaw for 20 years. He gained his professional experience in the Educational, Events & Protocol and Marketing Departments (Marketing Manager since 2018). Organizer of numerous, prestigious cultural events, concerts, festivals, conferences, gala ceremonies, state and international celebrations with the participation of heads of state and government. Coordinator of the Castle for visits of Presidents of the United States of America: Mr Barack Obama and Mr Donald Trump. He led the main opening ceremony of the Lower Gardens of the Royal Castle in Warsaw in May 2019.
